CleanConnect IoT Cloud Platform

Affiliated to ABN Cleanroom Technology is our IoT cloud platform CleanConnect, which is developed for HVAC asset diagnoses and analyzing laboratory & cleanroom applications. By connecting sensors on a cloud-based platform, CleanConnect helps ABN Cleanroom Technology transform and connect unconnected business infrastructures. This enables us to continuously collect cleanroom data regarding the efficiency, performance and usage of cleanrooms in order to act immediately when something treatens to happen.

CleanConnect Monitoring brings you a brand independent connectivity platform to manage the uptime of your cleanrooms, anywhere, anytime. We connect your cleanroom to the cloud to enable uptime management and do this by using certified and approved IoT technology. Our remote monitoring & data analytics platform lets you leverage the sensor data that you need to manage the performance of your cleanrooms, to extend their life time and maximize uptime.

CleanConnect is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, you only pay for what you use. We allow you to focus on what matters most to you while we take care of all the technical things like server configurations, cloud deployment, hosting, validation and data back-ups.

Of course. CleanConnect is developed to interact with other external systems. This can be done via an API integration or we can set up OPC communication. However, customers mainly opt for visualizing the data on ABN’s Cloud Platform CleanConnect due to the ease of use and preconfiguration.

The license fee includes online support, cloud hosting, built-in back-up services, user manual, training material and all future updates of the current software modules. Up to 5 authorized dashboard users will be configured. An alarm management module with notifications to the authorized users as well as rights & roles management are included in the license fee.

CleanConnect is designed to be a web-based interface as this is the most scalable and secure option. No software needs to be installed on local desktops. You can access your cleanroom 24/7 from any location as long as you have mobile network connectivity. The data is stored on AWS.

The CleanConnect monitoring solution is included in each and every ABN cleanroom project. The installation of the hardware and configuration of the software takes place during the cleanroom validation phase. At that moment, the correct working of  CleanConnect is validated as well. If you wish to integrate CleanConnect to an already existing cleanroom, it takes only a few days to implement the hardware and software after discussing the specifications.
