Chief Project Officer

We are looking for a Chief Project Officer (CPO) to take charge of ABN Cleanroom Technology’s international project organization. As an accomplished professional with extensive technical expertise in cleanroom environments or industrial HVAC, you will lead and shape the company’s projects at an operational level.

About the job

As Chief Project Officer, you will lead ABN Cleanroom Technology’s project organization, managing a diverse portfolio of cleanroom projects across BENELUX and Europe. From design and realization to maintenance, you’ll tackle complex challenges in industries such as laboratories, hospitals, biotech, pharma, food, research, and high-tech.

Your role will involve close collaboration with internal stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors to deliver tailored cleanroom solutions that are reliable, sustainable, and cost-efficient. You will take the initiative to challenge partners and customers, pushing boundaries to achieve the best possible results. At ABN, prioritizing the customer’s needs is at the heart of everything we do, and this mindset sets us apart.

As a leader, you will inspire and guide a team of project managers, providing the direction and expertise they need to succeed. Acting as a technical sparring partner, you’ll help navigate complex challenges while dedicating 20% of your time to internal projects and process optimization to ensure exceptional project delivery.

You should be a seasoned professional with a strong technical background in cleanroom environments or industrial HVAC, someone who understands the intricacies of external building projects and is ready to take on a more impactful leadership role.
