We are looking for a Sales Director Benelux to join us in building an international future in the world of cleanroom technology. You will play a key role in expanding our market position and driving growth in the Benelux region. About the job
As Sales Director, you are responsible for developing an efficient and future-oriented sales organisation in the Benelux, with a focus on ‘consultative selling’. You will work in various markets, including life sciences (hospitals, biotech and pharmaceutical companies) and high-tech sectors such as mechatronics, chip design, optics and aerospace.
You will start with an intensive two-month training programme within our family business. During this period, you will be introduced to our productised cleanroom solutions and full service portfolio. This training is mainly practical in nature, during which you will work closely with the experts from the commercial back office to draw up quotations. In the initial phase, you will focus on strengthening relationships with our ecosystem partners and on engaging with spontaneous leads and requests to offer our solutions. Your goal is always to build long-term relationships and successfully close deals.
After the onboarding period, you will become a member of the management team (MT) and work with the management to implement a go-to-market strategy with your team, based on our pre-engineering and product platform approach. Your unique ability to combine your role as ‘farmer’ with a driven ‘hunter’ mentality perfectly matches ABN Cleanroom Technology’s ambitions.
As Sales Manager, you will report directly to the co-CEOs of ABN Cleanroom Technology.
Competences & qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a B2B environment with a consultative selling approach.
- You have a technical bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in electromechanics.
- Skilled in using and implementing new digital technologies such as Chat GPT 4.0 to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
- Proven expertise in cleanroon design and/or cleanroom processes in Lifesciences and High-Tech environments.
- You have in-depth knowledge of market dynamics and customer relationship management in a project-driven environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills to turn technical problems into our cleanroom solutions quickly and effectively, in collaboration with our experts.
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving revenue and profit targets.
- Fluent communication skills in Dutch, French and English, both spoken and written.
