We are looking for a Sales Director Benelux to join us in building an international future in the world of cleanroom technology. You will play a key role in expanding our market position and driving growth in the Benelux region. With your expertise and strategic insight, you will help us develop lasting customer relationships and explore new opportunities.
As Sales Director, you are responsible for developing an efficient and future-oriented sales organisation in the Benelux, with a focus on ‘consultative selling’. You will work in various markets, including life sciences (hospitals, biotech and pharmaceutical companies) and high-tech sectors such as mechatronics, chip design, optics and aerospace.
You will start with an intensive two-month training programme within our family business. During this period, you will be introduced to our productised cleanroom solutions and full service portfolio. This training is mainly practical in nature, during which you will work closely with the experts from the commercial back office to draw up quotations. In the initial phase, you will focus on strengthening relationships with our ecosystem partners and on engaging with spontaneous leads and requests to offer our solutions. Your goal is always to build long-term relationships and successfully close deals.
After the onboarding period, you will become a member of the management team (MT) and work with the management to implement a go-to-market strategy with your team, based on our pre-engineering and product platform approach. Your unique ability to combine your role as ‘farmer’ with a driven ‘hunter’ mentality perfectly matches ABN Cleanroom Technology’s ambitions.
As Sales Manager, you will report directly to the co-CEOs of ABN Cleanroom Technology.
